Build engagement in driver community to improve driver satisfaction and experience
Initiate event plans, recommend and execute the plan to boost up engagement rate %
Develop and implement a social media content plan and ensure content is relevant, engaging, and posted on a regular basis
Generate short and long term strategic plans for community building to execute including key performance metrics initiative
Responsible for managing and handling communications for driver community
Monitor the success of engagement rate % and analyzing community and social media data
Monitor competitors’ online activity to measure their impact and influence
Monitor key online conversations and events to ensure the company’s effective participation and representation
Foster a sense of community around the brand by building relationships with the community
Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports on social media/online/offline activity
Gather and forward community feedback to appropriate parties
