Job Description

  • Build engagement in driver community to improve driver satisfaction and experience

  • Initiate event plans, recommend and execute the plan to boost up engagement rate %

  • Develop and implement a social media content plan and ensure content is relevant, engaging, and posted on a regular basis

  • Generate short and long term strategic plans for community building to execute including key performance metrics initiative

  • Responsible for managing and handling communications for driver community

  • Monitor the success of engagement rate % and analyzing community and social media data

  • Monitor competitors’ online activity to measure their impact and influence

  • Monitor key online conversations and events to ensure the company’s effective participation and representation

  • Foster a sense of community around the brand by building relationships with the community

  • Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports on social media/online/offline activity

  • Gather and forward community feedback to appropriate parties
