The Role

Our Negotiators work at the heart of our branch teams, developing daily business opportunities by getting and selling properties and taking sales through to completion.

They're skilled communicators who bring a personal touch to work every day, ensuring clients enjoy an exceptional level of service. Along the way, they effectively answer queries, confidently address issues and carry out all the detailed administration that makes for appropriate valuations and drives sales.

The Candidate

If you’re a Sales Negotiator with solid experience in property and ambitions to achieve even more, we’ll give you all the training and support you need to succeed.

Candidates must possess exemplary knowledge of the property sector, be highly ethical in their approach and put the customer at the heart of what they do. We are looking for the individual who enjoys building trust, is a great listener to people and love building long term relationships along with achieving the goals !

If you share our passion and purpose and have some experience in this area, we’ll help to make sure you have everything else you need to succeed.

In return for your hard work you will have the opportunity to substantially increase your basic salary with an uncapped commission structure.

This is a 5 day working week not 6 like many other Agency’s!

Please note - A driving licence is essential in consideration for this role.

Salary: £21,000.00-£34,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Tunbridge Wells, Kent: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • sales within estate agency: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
