A well established property management company in Baltimore, MD is seeking a person with customer service and administrative experience to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland as an Assistant Property Manager. The company offers excellent benefits package.
The ideal candidate must be customer service oriented, be able to think proactively, handle pressure and deadlines effectively, and enjoy multi-tasking. Must have excellent grammar, spelling, proof reading, and computer skills. EOE
Job Duties:
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Provide timely and accurate response to clients
- Respect and maintain confidentiality
- Schedule repairs and maintenance with vendors and follow up for proper completion of the work
- Resolve client complains and conflicts
- General administrative and clerical support
- Schedule appointments and organize meetings
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of office experience
- High school diploma
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Self motivated
- Detail oriented
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
