Requirements of Real Estate Agents:

  • Iowa Real Estate License or ability to obtain (Average cost $2,000)
  • Works well independently and a strong work ethic
  • Possess excellent communication and people skills
  • Desire to succeed in your own business
  • Ability to network and develop your sales business
  • Commitment to invest in yourself and your business

3. Craft a remarkable client experience: Act as a trusted advisor, who guides your clients through the home buying and selling journey that not only results in a successful sale but an extraordinary experience.

4. Build a tribe of advocates: Building a business by referral doesn't happen by accident. We teach you how to build “raving fan clubs" that refer you to friends and family for their real estate needs.
