Are you a solution-oriented, relationship-focused account manager? Corefact is looking for a Partner Account Manager to be our primary point of contact for our hundreds of referring partners. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans to grow accounts, managing and strengthening client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver on client expectations.

Your typical days starts with responding to emails, phone calls and texts either directly or forwarding to your support teams. You then log in to your “Referring Corefact” webinar where you present the benefits of the Corefact system to 40 participants who are new to the partner network. Following the webinar, you reach out to your top producing and targeted accounts to share the newest Corefact updates and present your strategy for launching to their teams. You follow up your outreaches with invitations and reminder tasks and then move on to check your numbers and reply to more inquiries. Several questions appear urgent so you quickly determine which to prioritize and coordinate with internal Corefact teams for resolutions. Next, you review your speaker notes for tomorrow’s training webinar and then you record and review a practice presentation. You are on the phone talking or presenting for much of the day. You take copious CRM notes of all your interactions setting follow up tasks along the way. Your day speeds by due to the numerous interactions and you are left energized and excited knowing you were able to deepen your relationships, make progress towards budding opportunities and provide satisfactory solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Main point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Proactively and regularly consult with key partner contacts and targets with intention to grow business and drive programs
  • Create and implement business plan and growth strategy for each account including marketing initiatives, contests, education, reviews and reports
  • Promote Corefact usage through live presentations, webinars, regional trainings, new agent classes, event attendance, etc.
  • Collaborate with other Corefact teams for support and implementation
  • Achieve and maintain an expert level of understanding of the Corefact system
  • Report to the VP of Business Development

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years sales or account management experience, preferably in real estate or a related field
  • Marketing, print, or direct mail experience a plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Extremely detail oriented and organized
  • Impeccable follow-up
  • Technical competence
  • Motivated, goal oriented, and persistent
  • High level of initiative and creativity
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with high-level corporate clients
  • Strong presentation skills both via virtually and live
  • Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous projects and tasks
  • Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
  • Proactively seeks and develop solutions and systems

Required Travel:

  • Occasional travel to represent Corefact at regional or national events
