The County of Riverside Facilities Management Real Estate Division has an opportunity for a Real Property Coordinator in Riverside.
The department seeks candidates who possess experience working for title/escrow or real estate companies which included looking at deeds, leases, monitoring contracts, and coordinating transactions. Experience with Real Property is highly desired.
Under supervision to assist professional property agents in the technical implementation of the County's leasing, eminent domain and acquisition activities; provide services for monitoring contractual agreements, coordinate or prepare real property instruments and documents; and to do other work as required.
This is a paraprofessional working class level, which performs assigned duties in support of Real Property activities and staff. Incumbents are expected to gain proficiency in assignments related to the County's leased properties, eminent domain acquisitions and property sales. An incumbent in this class may be assigned to monitor leases and provide services related to implementation of the terms; assist in preparing purchase or sale documents and coordinate property transfers through escrow procedures, This class differs from the Real Property Agent I in that the latter is the entry level to the Real Property Agent series, receiving a variety of more routine assignments and learning the elements of all phases of real property activity.
