Telephone Based Advisor role involves:
- Dealing with over 3,000 customer enquiries every week register clients and assess their particular needs
- Looking after a manageable portfolio of clients over telephone/email selling targeted number of properties creating new business
- Arranging viewing from the office and capturing feedbacks (NO SITE VISITS)
- Negotiating offers
- Up selling additional services and get paid generously for these.
- Update and maintain notes for your portfolio
