We are seeking a talented Real Estate Analyst to join our New York City office to support the valuation team. You will be responsible for providing accurate appraisals, market analysis, and supporting the delivery of high-quality client service.

Key Responsibilities
- Appraisal Preparation: Develop detailed valuation reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to USPAP standards.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market surveys and analyze comparable sales to provide insightful property value estimates.
- Cash Flow Modeling: Utilize ARGUS and Excel to construct cash flow models aiding in the evaluation of property performance.
- Client Interaction: Support client meetings and presentations with thorough analysis and well-documented insights.
- Research and Reporting: Regularly update internal systems with relevant market and property data to assist in broader company evaluations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of real estate valuation experience.
- Proficiency in ARGUS and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
