Key Responsibilities
- Underwriting: Perform detailed underwriting analyses to support investment transactions involving a variety of property types.
- Due Diligence: Manage and coordinate due diligence processes, including financial, market, and legal analyses, to facilitate successful transactions.
- Deal Structuring: Assist in the structuring of complex real estate transactions by providing analytical support and participating in negotiations.
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to gather and synthesize information vital for assessing potential investments.
- Presentation Preparation: Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate investment banking or related fields.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with effective communication proficiency.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools such as Excel.
- Familiarity with local and international real estate markets.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
