Key Responsibilities
- Market Analysis: Gather and analyze data on real estate trends, including supply, demand, and rental rates across various geographical markets.
- Report Production: Produce high-quality market reports and whitepapers that are distributed to key decision-makers and industry publications.
- Data Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive databases that support research initiatives and provide insights for internal and external users.
- Collaboration: Work with JLL teams globally to provide tailored research support and insights to assist in business development and client solutions.
- Forecasting: Develop forecasts for the real estate market using advanced statistical tools and methodologies to guide strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
- 3-5 years of real estate market research experience.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in statistical software and tools like Stata, SPSS, or R.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global teams.
