Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Hours may vary)

Perform customer service in resolution of requests and inquiries pertaining to real estate mortgage loan servicing from both internal and external customers. Research, validate, and respond to oral and written inquiries on a timely basis.
Required Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience working with mortgage loans and/or customer service in banking.
  • Associate degree and/or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to use judgment and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information.
  • Time management essential in completing duties accordingly.
  • Proficient using a 10-key by touch.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and understand complex legal documents, requirements, and policies.
