Established Real Estate Brokerageseeks a very outgoing and organized personality to serve as our Real Estate Sales Administrator in our Sales Department at our Corporate Office in Orlando.

Join our successful, fast-paced team and work directly with our Broker and Sales Director acting as a liaison between the office and its sales agents.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Must be able to compose professional responses to both email and telephone inquiries
  • Must have professional appearance
  • Must be able to interact with a diverse group of real estate agents
  • Candidates should be able to multitask and be a team player

Experience:

  • MLS knowledge preferred, but not required
  • 1-2 years administrative assistant, customer service or office experience
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is required
  • Ability to communicate clearly: both written and verbal
  • Familiar with Email, MS Office programs
  • Basic bookkeeping, math, spelling & grammar skills
  • Familiarity with general office practices and procedures
