Foulger-Pratt Companies is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for our property in Washington, DC. The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for assisting with the operations, maintaining continuous communications with owners and residents, assisting with the monthly financial reporting, monitoring federal regulated compliance's, leasing apartments, and assisting with preparing and implementing budgets, and providing superior customer service to the residents. Ideal candidates must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi-task, have strong financial skills and strong customer service and communication skills with a proven financial aptitude.
