Experienced professional with real estate background to work directly with the founder to assist in the growth of the residential brokerage, development, and rental portfolio. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of prioritizing a diverse range of tasks, coordinating the work of teammates and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, detail-oriented and passionate about high quality work, even when the work is administrative in nature.

What you'll do:

  • Communicate directly with clients, 3rd party vendors, tenants, and town-hall representatives.
  • Conduct online research, prepare internal and external documents for team members.
  • Create and prepare marketing materials for for real estate listings.
  • Assist in getting a property ready for market
  • Prepare all paperwork needed to process a sale or rental.
  • Prepare listing agreement, listing description and coordinate with management to ensure all building and property information is received.
  • Prepare mailers and brochures for team.
  • Organize events for brokers and clients.
  • Coordinate logistics and schedules, supported by clear and thoughtful communications
  • Perform various office management duties to help ensure the rest of the team has everything they need to succeed.

Qualifications:

  • Real estate license is a must (can get this after starting)
  • Must have driver’s license and full time access to a car
  • 3+ years of professional experience in the real estate industry
  • Strong communication skills; high EQ
  • Timely, organized, and ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Suite
  • Integrity, genuine and friendly

Please note at times there will be some weekend on-call availability required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
