Your Role and Responsibilities




REAL ESTATE TECHNOLOGIST
Working in the Real Estate and Data Center Services team, the Real Estate Technologist has a passion for innovation and technology and the ability to research and synthesize information effectively and quickly. They will serve as a technical analyst to evaluate emerging technologies, new hardware and software applications, and opportunities for technology transfer from other industries developing highly engaged partnerships with internal and external organizations.

The successful candidate will be:
A technologist, understanding of a broad range of technologies and able to learn new ones quickly. A researcher, handling op-down requests as well as self-initiated projects for future use. A project manager, driving research investigations and projects to conclusion with little guidance. An Executive Communicator presenting complex information in a concise, yet thorough, manner.

Responsibilities
Analyzes the technology landscape and utilizes technology to improve workflows and processes. Assists in planning, implementation, assessment, and outreach related to emerging technologies. Oversees multiple emerging technology projects across disciplines at Kyndryl RDC Effectively manage short-and long-term projects to a successful conclusion. Provide concise and high-quality written documents and executive summaries on current and emerging technologies. Create and confidently present presentations and live product demonstrations. Utilizes design thinking methodology to meet the needs of stakeholders. All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and/or its equivalent required.
Minimum 2-5 years’ related experience.
Ability to independently learn and demonstrate new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to translate complex technical terminology, concepts, and issues in terms understandable to technical and non-technical management and staff.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Ability to work with changing priorities and with multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience generating business cases and financial models for project proposals.
Experience researching complex topics, preferably with respect to products, services, or technologies.
Demonstrated interest in, or experience with, a range of technologies including Real Estate technology, AI/ML , IoT, robotics, AR/VR, etc.
Strong time/project management skills and the ability to make good trade-offs with little guidance.
Exceptional collaboration skills.
Familiarity with a programming language (e.g., Python) is a benefit, however you will not be pushing codeto production as part of this position.
Experience in product development is a benefit.

Ability to work with changing priorities and with multiple projects.
