About the role

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various high-level administrative duties requiring a thorough understanding of the department and unit's operation and relevant firm procedures for Directors and other Senior Managers. Other key responsibilities include:


  • Assisting with day-to-day tasks supporting leadership and staff in the designated department
  • Managing travel and schedules over multiple times zones for various staff
  • Collecting, organizing, and submitting expenses for various staff
  • Coordinating and maintaining schedules, meetings, agendas, and related tasks for various staff
  • Compiling and creating attractive communication materials to share information and data with key firm leadership

About you

  • Are interested in architecture, interior design, graphic design, and/or art
  • Are a self-starter, independent, and driven
  • Demonstrate superior judgement, professionalism, discretion, trustworthiness, as well as a sense of humor
  • Possess a discerning eye, sense of urgency, and passion for excellence
  • Have an engaging mentality and are an idea generator, emotionally intelligent and responsive, energetic, and flexible

And have:


  • Experience in Real Estate, Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Art, Business Administration, or Strategic Analysis
