Job Summary
CBRE is seeking a seasoned Property Manager to oversee operations of a portfolio of office properties in the Los Angeles Metro area. The role involves managing day-to-day property operations, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and implementing best-in-class property management practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations Management: Oversee all operational aspects of the properties, including maintenance, tenant relations, and regulatory compliance to ensure properties are maintained per company standards.
- Tenant Services: Maintain positive relations by ensuring timely and effective resolution of tenant issues, enhancing overall tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Prepare, manage, and report on budgets and financial records to meet fiscal targets and improve property financial performance.
- Vendor and Staff Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors, supervise on-site maintenance staff, and ensure all services are performed effectively and efficiently.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure properties comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of risk management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related domain.
- 5-7 years of experience in commercial property management.
- Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi or MRI.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical capability.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
