Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management Support: Assist with analyzing asset performance and contribute to developing and implementing strategies that maximize portfolio value.
- Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis and reporting, including cash flow forecasting, to support senior managers in investment decision-making.
- Tenant Relations Coordination: Work with the property management team to address tenant issues and coordinate lease renewals and negotiations.
- Market Research: Analyze and assess market trends, preparing reports that inform asset management strategies and investment decisions.
- Capital Improvement Monitoring: Support oversight of capital projects to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery, enhancing asset value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in asset management or commercial real estate.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling.
- Proficient in MS Excel and property management software such as Yardi.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
