This role requires a passion for conserving appropriate lands for future water quality, wildlife, and green space while maximizing values. These decisions will positively impact future generations. The position will also target higher and better use properties for our rural land sales program in the Pacific Northwest. These properties will provide our neighbors, friends and community with future recreational, farming, conservation, investment, and residential opportunities. The majority of your time will consist of communicating with neighbors, contractors, brokers, internal teams, and key conservation organizations. The internal exposure to teams consists of forestry, research, accountants, analysts, attorneys, senior leadership teams as well as presenting key opportunities to the CEO. You will tour various properties to determine their conservation or HBU opportunities. The land you identify will highly impact the Company’s key goals and objectives for the year as well as future long range planning.

Through this experience you will gain exposure to many different aspects of real estate and forestry and have access to the tools, support and development you desire to continue to build upon your knowledge and expertise and advance your career, including mentoring, rotational roles, training opportunities, development exposures and more.
