Job Summary
As a Development Project Manager at Sterling CRE, you will lead the execution of high-impact urban development projects from conception through completion. This role is integral to our mission of delivering exceptional and sustainable projects that redefine Miami's skyline.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Execution: Oversee all phases of project management, including design, entitlements, construction, and delivery while ensuring adherence to budgetary and scheduling constraints.
- Construction Management: Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure quality standards and project specifications are met.
- Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities to maximize returns on investment.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain strong relationships with municipal authorities, community stakeholders, and internal teams to facilitate project approvals and successful launch.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met within scope.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate development and project management.
- Strong understanding of entitlements, zoning, and construction processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Exceptional leadership and negotiating skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
