Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Performance: Develop strategies to optimize income, cost efficiencies, and asset positioning within the market.
- Tenant Relations: Foster positive tenant relationships through effective communication and problem-solving, ensuring high retention rates.
- Capital Planning: Oversee financing projects, including budgeting for capital expenditures and securing necessary approvals.
- Property Operations: Collaborate with property teams to ensure efficient daily operations, compliance, and tenant satisfaction.
- Market Trends: Conduct thorough analyses of market trends to identify opportunities and risks aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate asset management.
- Proven track record in enhancing property value and performance.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Yardi and advanced MS Excel skills.
