Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to support across Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Portfolio Management. Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:
  • Be a contact for creating and distributing business level reports for the Portfolio Management business heads as well as the CRE Portfolio Management Business Manager
  • Liaise with business teams to gather information to be used for business reporting and/or to update systems that are provisioning points for data
  • Field incoming requests and ongoing projects from the Control group
  • Partner and communicate with relevant teams to ensure effective onboarding and offboarding of respective team members
  • Work with business leaders and Finance partners to hone data used for reporting and to develop and enhance existing reports
  • Build and automate reports in Excel to assess business performance
  • Ensure data accuracy for data used for reporting
  • Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
  • Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
  • Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
  • Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
  • Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management

There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ months of Business Operations, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite of products, particularly with Excel
  • Experience in managing and creating SharePoint sites
  • Ability to manage complex data and reporting needs, create dashboards, develop trending reporting, and coordinate data sources at different levels
  • Experience in a finance, strategy, accounting, or related analytical-focused role within the financial services industry
  • Knowledge and understanding of corporate finance: industry, products, and processes
  • Knowledge and understanding of banking or finance in commercial/corporate lending and underwriting
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
  • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
  • Ability to prepare and conduct management level presentations
  • Knowledge and understanding of Salesforce
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to work outside of standard business hours
Pay Range

$76,300.00 - $135,700.00 Annual
