Customer Support Assistant - Mortgages

Location: Newbury, Head Office

Hours: 35 hours per week.

Salary range: *£21,028

If so, you could be just the person we need to join our friendly team, working in our newly refurbished, modern and high-tech environment, based in central Newbury.

The main focus for the department is to support mortgage customers - taking telephone and written enquiries to support them from the release of the funds they need to purchase their home, right up to the time they have repaid their mortgage - and everything else in between.

Interested in applying? You will need:

  • Some experience of working with internal and/or external customers to ensure the highest quality service experience

  • Evidence of excellent written and verbal communication skills


  • Experience in financial service administration

  • Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook and Office365

  • The salary offered is dependent on evidence of key competencies and skills you currently possess.
