We are looking for dependable, client service-oriented marketing associates with excellent graphic design, communication, time-management, and organizational skills. The marketing Assistant works closely with the Vice President of Global Marketing and Director of Business Development Support to develop and implement the marketing strategy for Owens Realty Services and Owens Realty Capital. The Marketing Manager can expect to create brand materials, perform research, produce reports, create and edit copy, and identify market trends and growth opportunities.

Their responsibilities will also include collecting data, creating brand materials, and assessing customer satisfaction. They may also be asked to liaise between company partners, handle social media accounts, and help with event planning.

To be successful as a marketing associate, you must understand the importance of confidentiality, stay up-to-date with style guides and marketing trends, and be a good writer and speaker.

  • Develop all brand materials
  • Maintain the corporate website and present new design and optimization
  • Manage SEO partner
  • Effectively manage daily administrative tasks
  • Prepare reports on marketing and sales metrics
  • Collect and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)
  • Conduct market research and identify new opportunities
  • Coordinate with operational teams to design digital and print advertising material
  • Preparing, formatting, copywriting and editing brand materials
  • Supporting social media channels and press releases
  • Monitor and report competitors' marketing and sales activities
  • Working closely with the Vice President of Marketing to execute strategy
  • Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for growth/innovation
  • Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing
  • Maintaining a marketing database • Understanding company product and brand
  • Communicating with press contacts and marketing sponsorship contacts

  • A minimum of a college bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing, graphic design, or related field
  • Exceptional knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Working knowledge with CRM programs
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Excel, web analytics, and Google Adwords
  • Proficiency with SEO/SEM campaigns
