As Assistant Property Manager for our 30A properties, you will report to our Director of Operations for 30A and play a vital role in the organization.

Responsibilities include:

Plan, direct, or coordinate the daily operational activities of properties. Includes managing units for owners, working closely with associations, and providing the highest level of customer service for owners and guests.

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling or construction projects for commercial or residential properties.
  • Direct and coordinate the activities of staff and contract personnel and evaluate their performance.
  • Assist the Director of Operations with managing the Front Office operation and other departments in the property (F&B, Housekeeping and Maintenance)
  • Investigate and handle complaints, disturbances, emergencies, etc. while on call.
  • Prepare, copy, and distribute reports as required. Handle special guest requests. Attend and contribute to periodic meetings to maintain favorable working relationships among employees and promote maximum morale, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Previous supervisory responsibilities Must be proficient in Windows, Company approved spreadsheets and word processing.
  • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner.
  • Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Panhandle Getaways Standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to unit occupancy and needs.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information. Perform other duties as requested by manager

At least 1 year of progressive experience in property management or related field; or a 2-year college degree and a minimum of 6 months of progressive experience in a related field; or a 4-year degree in hospitality and or business. This is negotiable if you are able to provide proof of management roles in similar fields of work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
