As a Redfin Listing Agent, you’ll build relationships with customers while leading them to meet their home selling goals, including selling faster and for more money. We'll handle the advertising and logistics so you can focus on what you love about real estate and building your business, all while earning a steady income and top-tier benefits.

The Role
  • Win listing consults and guide your customers through the home selling process to meet their home selling goals
  • Build your business by serving customers generated by Redfin and then through your own repeat and referral network
  • Benefit from a dedicated support team of licensed real estate professionals responsible for marketing, open houses, showings, inspections, and the closing process
  • Use our custom-built technology to manage your transactions, including our CMA and presentation tools to price properties more accurately and win more listings
  • Manage your transactions and client information with our online suite of marketing and data resources

Skills & Experience
  • Active real estate license in the state where you’ll be working with a history of successfully closing transactions (required)
  • Goal-oriented; strong drive to win the customer’s business and meet performance targets
  • Customer-advocate mindset and a commitment to delivering the best client experience possible
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • Experience using technology to communicate with clients and access competitive market data
  • Knowledge of your local real estate market
