Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Tenant Representation Broker to join Riverside Commercial's dynamic Seattle team. You'll lead efforts in securing optimal leasing terms for clients by effectively negotiating and crafting strategic property solutions.

This hybrid role combines the flexibility of remote work with the vibrancy of our downtown Seattle office, enabling you to engage with clients and team members directly. Key Responsibilities
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and personalized service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to ensure clients have access to the best possible properties to meet their needs.
- Lease Negotiations: Lead negotiations on behalf of tenants, developing strategies to secure favorable lease terms and conditions to meet client objectives.
- Property Tours and Evaluations: Organize property tours and evaluate potential spaces with clients to ensure alignment with their business needs and strategic goals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and administrative teams to coordinate efforts and develop client proposals and presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage.
- Proven track record in tenant representation and lease negotiation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Active real estate license in the state of Washington.
