Our Orange County Real Estate team seeks a partnership track associate with 2-5 years of diverse transactional real estate experience at a law firm with a national reputation. Alternative work arrangements and off-track options will be considered for qualified candidates. We will consider a well-qualified candidate working from another office but prefer that the candidate be based in Orange County.
The ideal candidate will have significant real estate transactional experience handling purchase and sale agreements, financings, joint ventures, and real estate due diligence. Candidates with corporate, finance or other general commercial transactional experience will be considered so long as the candidate has demonstrable experience working with a team in a robust transactional practice and taking leadership roles in such transactions. The desire and ability to work with other team members and clients and "take ownership" of projects, is essential. Top academic credentials, a proactive outlook and outstanding analytical and time management skills are required. Associates already admitted to practice in California are preferred.
