Job Profile: Sales Manager

We are looking to expand its Sales team by adding up resources who understand and satisfy customers' needs, resolves their issues promptly, and consistently delivers a positive customer experience. The Sales Manager would be expected to build long-lasting, profitable relationships with clients, always striving to find the products that best fit individual clients' specific needs.
- Relevant sales experience, including strategic sales, business-to-business sales and/or account management organization
- Proven track record in developing strategic customer partnership and year over year revenue growth
- Building, maintaining and restructuring relationships with the Real Estate Brokers, Freelance Property Consultants who can help and assist in bringing newer clients.
- Demonstrated ability to support multiple product lines in a growing, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of restructuring contract term and condition relating legal, finance and billing
- Ability to work across cross-functional team to drive results with external and internal stakeholders
- Supporting clients and assisting them with the paperwork whenever necessary
The Profile we are looking for:
- Fluency in Russian is a must
- Target oriented mindset, someone who understands the value of commissions more than the salary itself
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Quick learner with a zeal to perform at a top-notch level
- Local knowledge of Real Estate would be strongly preferred
- Someone who believes in bringing in the best numbers and being rewarded for the same
