Job Summary:

Corporate Real Estate’s Global Portfolio Management & Transactions group tracks, reports, and manages TWDC’s real estate portfolio which is over 25 million SF in over 350 owned and leased locations worldwide. The group initiates and delivers real estate strategies, portfolio management, space & occupancy planning and acquisition/disposition projects to internal TWDC business units.


The Portfolio Analyst will provide support to the Global Portfolio Management & Transactions team with developing portfolio strategies and providing deliverables. The Portfolio Analyst will also be responsible for tracking, maintaining and analyzing portfolio data and metrics to be used for various initiatives, reporting and real estate projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong understanding of TWDC’s global real estate portfolio, space utilization standard, key markets and reporting requirements
  • Study, understand, track, update, and audit real estate data from multiple sources and in a variety of systems including TRIRIGA, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
  • Produce reoccurring real estate reports and deliverables (i.e. mid-year review, year-end review, brokerage reports, 10K reporting, critical dates reports, etc.)
  • Assist/create analyses or presentation materials for various real estate initiatives
  • Establish relationships with internal leaders and partners

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years relevant work experience in commercial real estate, analytics and/or database management
  • Microsoft office suite with strong Word, Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, basic IF formulas, etc.) and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to gather, extract, organize, analyze and interpret real estate data from a variety of sources to produce a cohesive overview/deliverable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be a self-starter and a team player
  • Must be able to manage and maintain confidential information
  • Ability to manage time and directions from multiple sources
  • Ability prioritize work, identify solutions, think proactively and work in a fast paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Lease administration, occupancy planning, and/or strategic planning
  • TRIRIGA, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; foundational understanding of lease agreements and negotiations

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Emphasis on Real Estate, Business, Economics, Finance, or related filed preferred
