JOB SUMMARY: Leasing consultant for Brookstone apartments will lease and show apartments as well as maintain a successful renewal program. Demonstrate knowledge and consistency in maintaining high standards of customer relations and services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Perform property presentations in person and on the phone. Responsible for following up on prospective residents.
Verify rental applications, approve for occupancy, and enter all paperwork into computer.
Submit weekly and monthly traffic and marketing reports.
Comply with all published policies and procedures.
Other duties as needed or requested by supervisor.

PROPER ATTIRE :
Business or business casual.

WORK HOURS :
Saturdays from 10:00-5:00. Flexible hours during the week up to
29 hours.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

High school diploma.
Must have a valid KY driver’s license.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Must be detailed and organized.
