  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time while using a keyboard and manual writing.
  • Must be able to occasionally push, pull, lift and carry up to 25 lbs.

Job Summary
You must be a current UK student to apply for this position. This position is located off-campus with a local Lexington employer and is not affiliated with UK.

JOB SUMMARY: Leasing consultant for Brookstone apartments will lease and show apartments as well as maintain a successful renewal program. Demonstrate knowledge and consistency in maintaining high standards of customer relations and services.
  • Perform property presentations in person and on the phone. Responsible for following up on prospective residents.
  • Verify rental applications, approve for occupancy, and enter all paperwork into computer.
  • Submit weekly and monthly traffic and marketing reports.
  • Comply with all published policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as needed or requested by supervisor.

Business or business casual.
Saturdays from 10:00-5:00. Flexible hours during the week up to
29 hours.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
  • High school diploma.
  • Must have a valid KY driver’s license.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Must be detailed and organized.
