JOB SUMMARY: Leasing consultant for Brookstone apartments will lease and show apartments as well as maintain a successful renewal program. Demonstrate knowledge and consistency in maintaining high standards of customer relations and services.
DUTIES
AND
RESPONSIBILITIES
:
- Perform property presentations in person and on the phone. Responsible for following up on prospective residents.
- Verify rental applications, approve for occupancy, and enter all paperwork into computer.
- Submit weekly and monthly traffic and marketing reports.
- Comply with all published policies and procedures.
- Other duties as needed or requested by supervisor.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
- High school diploma.
- Must have a valid KY driver’s license.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must be detailed and organized.
