About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Valuations Associate Manager within Real Estate Valuations Services (REVS). REVS protects the Wells Fargo brand, shareholder value, and communities we serve by ensuring all real estate valuations are reliable. REVS establishes industry leading policies, guidelines, and practices for real estate valuations that are risk-based, and analytics supported.

In this role, you will:
  • Supervise individuals and teams in valuation tasks to ensure timely completion, quality and compliance
  • Ensure that all service levels are fulfilled, procedures and profiles are current and in compliance with regulations
  • Complete production standards and special projects while supporting team with complex assignments and ensuring compliance
  • Make day-to-day managerial decisions and resolve issues related to team tasks, processes and procedures under direction of the Valuations management
  • Leverage interpretation of departmental processes, requirements, and procedures
  • Collaborate and consult with individuals and managers
  • Interact directly with customers
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Valuations
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Required Qualifications, US:
  • 2+ years of Valuations, Lending, Underwriting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience
  • 1+ years of leadership experience

  • Experience articulating issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management
  • Experience conducting project meetings, presentations, and status reporting
  • Process efficiency experience, including process assessment and recommendations for improvement
  • Experience making recommendations and decisions on personnel related matters involving performance reviews, salary reviews and hiring/terminating
  • Experience conducting quality reviews and providing guidance to staff
  • Experience executing the appraisal process including development, reporting, and/or review
  • Experience conducting studies of residential trends and values
  • Exposure to Wells Fargo programs and/or systems such as: CMS, CU (Collateral Underwriter), and/or Evelyn
  • Certified Appraisal License
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Pay range:
  • Phoenix, AZ - $73,100-$129,900 USD Annual
  • Long Beach, CA - $80,400-$143,000 USD Annual
  • Englewood, CO* - $73,100-$129,900 USD Annual
  • Minneapolis, MN - $73,100-$129,900 USD Annual
  • Philadelphia, PA - $80,400-$143,000 USD Annual
  • May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentive awards.

$80,400.00 - $143,000.00 Annual
