About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Leasing Associate to be accountable for renewal sales of 1-49 desks in an assigned cluster of WeWork assets. This full-time position reports to a Leasing Associate Manager that is responsible for the broader territory. This self-driven and self-motivated candidate will have a monthly quota of renewals to execute. In this role, you will:
Owning the full sales cycle for WeWork members by managing the existing renewal pipeline of lease expirations (<10 desks). Executing email and/or voice correspondence at least 30 days prior to lease expirations, communicating effectively and regularly to ensure a high-touch and high-quality experience for the member
Renewal process requires effective partnership with key internal stakeholders (Community, Leasing Managers, etc) to ensure an understanding of the members’ experience to date
Driving revenue and occupancy by selling upgrades to members as they grow and working to convert month-to-month members to a committed term
Learning how to structure deals to optimize sales outcomes and understanding how different deal structures relate to WeWork’s overall business objectives
Portfolio and Market:
Building an understanding of the local sub-market, assets, product and key stakeholders required for successful renewal execution
Building a deep understanding of WeWork’s value proposition for the targeted member segment (<10 desks)

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification
1 year working experience preferred
